New Fanless Embedded Controller Solution!
At electronica 08, Litemax focused on applying more complete industrial solutions for partners and clients. Especially, Litemax presented a new series of fanless embedded controller products – Ruggcore to offer more options for our clients. To be the one-stop solution provider, Litemax introduced RUGGCORE series to link with LITEMAX industrial LCD application such as marine display, digital signage. The ruggedized and fanless design embedded controller can work over 50k hours in a harsh environment (-20 to 60 degree). Through the stackable chassis design, Ruggcore can offer the most flexible I/O solutions to meet many requests from different industrial applications. |

The first fanless RUGGCORE embedded computing solution presented at electronica, REC5415, which utilizes the Core 2 Duo Intel CPU and one DDR II SODIMM (MAX to 2GB). Through the unique heat sink design, fanless RUGGCORE controller can not only present the most outstanding data processing efficiency but high efficiency heat dissipation. This model is equipped with four USB2.0 ports, two COM ports connectors, DVI-I or HDMI and LVDS out connector. In addition, this low power consumption REC5415 takes DC input (9~36 V) to operate at any working place.
RUGGCORE can be compatible with Windows XP, Windows XP Embedded, Windows CE, or Linux RedHat for diverse industrial applications such as Marine, Surveillance, Transportation, Factory Automation, Digital Signage or Engraving & Laser Marking Machine.
